Biography
After graduating from the International Academy of Design and Technology in Chicago a year ago, I decided to move up to Wisconsin, to help my mom pursue her dream of owning a bridal salon in Burlington, WI. A year later I am still, helping her get her salon off the ground, and loving the majority of my time here.
I live on the East Side of Milwaukee, and make the commute to Burlington 5 days a week. While my roots are here, I couldn't find it in me to move back. I'm a small town girl at the core, but a big-city girl at heart. I'd miss the sounds of the city too much if I ever left.
As of July 2006, Christy's Bridal will be celebrating it's one year anniversary! It's been a fantastic year. We can't wait for many more to come. I'm hoping this blog will serve as a documentation of this bridal journey. I hope it is utilized by past, present, and future brides, for many years to come.
